Rainguard’s silane/siloxane, low VOC, clear penetrating water repellent sealers provide superior ASTM tested moisture protection and stain resistance to concrete, masonry, stucco, EIFSand wood surfaces. They utilize a water based, penetrating formula, with no surface film to wear off that does not alter surface appearance and can be applied as low as 35°F (1.7°C) and 48 hours after pouring new concrete.
